Pressrelease from the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts about the new CRC 1585 at UBT

Scientifically excellent research projects at six Bavarian universities will be funded with a total of around 59 million euros over the next four years. This was announced by the German Research Foundation (DFG) in mid-May. The universities in Munich, Augsburg, Erlangen-Nuremberg, Bayreuth and Würzburg, together with their partner universities, had successfully applied for seven DFG Collaborative Research Centres/Transregios to strengthen top-level research.
