The welcome, and thus the formal part of the meeting, will begin on February 28th at 13:00. During the meeting each CRC sub-project will be given a presentation held by the project supervisors.

For everyone commuting from Bayreuth we would like to announce that there will be a bus that will take us from Bayreuth to the venue site. The Bus will depart from PARKPLATZ NWI (UBT Campus) at 8:00 on February 28th. Therefore, everyone who would like to travel by bus is asked to confirm it (via e-mail) and to arrive approximately 10 minutes in advance to the departure. After the end of the kick-off meeting on February 29th the Bus will take us back to Bayreuth (estimated arrival at UBT Campus is 16:30 – 17:00).
