This year, we will meet on the 7th and 8th of April at the Sonnenhotel Weingut Römmert in Volkach:

During the meeting each CRC sub-project will give a presentation. Moreover to make progress with the overarching analysis of th eCRC results, we reserved three slots, dedicated to general discussions about topics important for several projects in smaller teams. The cross talk discussions can be carried out as single session in a large team or as parallel sessions with several cross topics in smaller temas. The choice of the format will depend on your feedback. Thus, we strongly encourage you to propose ideas for the cross talks. Ideally, the topics will bring together people from different projects and project areas.

For everyone commuting from Bayreuth we would like to announce that there will be a bus that will take us from Bayreuth to the venue site. The Bus will depart from PARKPLATZ NWI (UBT Campus) at 8:00 on April 7th. Therefore, everyone who would like to travel by bus is asked to arrive approximately 10 minutes in advance to the departure. After the end of the kick-off meeting on February 8th the Bus will take us back to Bayreuth (estimated arrival at UBT Campus is 18:30 – 19:00).
